  • How will I know when your next MINT Market is?

    We will announce on our Instagram page under ‘Upcoming’. We also have a section on the homepage, why not sign up to our newsletter too so we can let you know, we’re nice like that!

  • Want to get in touch with feedback or questions?

    Drop us an email on info@mintmarket.me or come and find us at your next market date we’d love to have a chat.

  • I have a problem with an item I have purchased, what shall I do?

    Each vendor is responsible for the items sold at the MINT Markets. We would encourage you to reach out to them as I’m sure they would love to help rectify any issues. If you can’t rememeber the name of the brand you purchased your items from send us an email with a picture of the item and a description of the issue and we can share with the relevant brand.

  • Can I be involved in a MINT market as an entertainer?

    If you’ve visited one of the MINT Markets and enjoyed some of the entertainment that accompanies our stalls and feel you could be a good fit, send us an email with an overview of what it is you do along with any examples/website and or social media pages and your contact details.

  • Do you take on interns or volunteers?

    We frequently use both especially for our larger markets so send us an email with your current situation, any experience you may have, availability and why you’d love to work with the MINT team.

  • What are the locations of your MINT Markets?

For Vendors

  • How can I be part of MINT Market?

    If you have a local business and you’re interested in selling your items at MINT we would love to hear from you! Either fill out the vendor form here email us or visit us at our next market to discuss in more detail. We would love to hear your brand story.

  • Do I need a Trade License?

    Yes you do, this is something we would need to be sent before considering you as a vendor so please check you have this before contacting us.

  • Is there flexibility with which market dates I can do?

    Yes, a calendar of upcoming markets will be shared with you once you are an approved vendor. Once you have confirmed the dates you would like to participate at MINT market we will confirm back after we have checked the product mix and in some cases direct with venue.

  • Is there a fee for me to sell at MINT market?

    Yes there is, we have a fee of AED 400 - AED 450 per market depending on the venue. The booking form will tell you more about the prices and details for each venue.

    The fee you pay to be a vendor at MINT Market includes the following:

    . Table & chairs

    . Shade or a gazebo

    . Marketing communications

    . Social artwork for you to share

    . Floor plan with allocated location

    . On-site support pre, during and post event for all market days there will be a MINT team to ensure a smooth process

  • Will I be able to communicate with the other MINT brands?

    Absolutely! In fact we encourage it, we have a MINT community we are really proud of and meet up and chat on a regular basis.

    We also encourage you to share, tag and support each other’s businesses because it’s just nice to be nice :-).

  • Is there a criteria you are looking for when confirming a new vendor?

    Yes. Below gives an overview of considerations we look at before we proceed with a new vendor:

    . Are you a local brand?

    . We like to know your brand story, MINT Market is a passion project, so we like to ensure we have like-minded people joining the team and a brand we can equally feel truly passionate about

    . Do we already have a vendor or vendors selling similar items to you?

    . Does your price point/product quality reflect the type of product a customer would expect to see at MINT Market?

    . Are you a small to medium in size brand not in a major retailer?
